bleeding the clutch, no pedal pressure!

can anyone plese help me out with this, i was bleeding my brakes/clutch today and after I opened the bleeder valve for the clutch my pedal lost all pressure and I cant seem to get it back, its as if there is no fluid in the line at all. I tried a bunch of different methods and I cant figure it out. any help is appreciated...

when i bled my clutch, the same thing happened. When the clutch hits the floor during bleeding, you need to pull it up manually, and continue. Keep adding fluid every time you push the clutch down, or you will be cursing your way through the next pint of brake fluid.

Yeah, it is the springs in the clutch pressure plate that hold the pedal up. Open the bleeder and down it goes. So, close the bleeder, check the fluid level and then raise the pedal. About one stroke of the clutch pedal is all you need to clear air if you do it right - my experience anyway.
