Tranny shifting weird, is it my clutch?
Recently my clutch began slipping and my tranny has been acting weird ever since it started. Putting it in 5th gear is fine, but pulling it out of 5th is a very muddy sloshy feel. Same going into & out of reverse.
It wasnt doing it with any other gears... but now that the weather is about 60-70 degrees here, I see its difficult with 1st & 2nd gear now. It usually only takes me 10 minutes to get to my destination so my tranny is usually pretty cold. Anyhow, today I was driving over to the gas station and trying to get it into 1st take a small amount of effort, but certainly didnt shift smooth as silk like it used too. Second gear was the same exact way. 3rd/4th feel normal. You say its the bushings? Well, I lubed the hell out of them so I dont know why its acting the way it is. They looked mint.
Is this normal activity when your clutch starts to go? Just weird how everything started happening at one time. I really dont want to have to send the tranny off to shep if I dont have too!.

Have you bled your clutch? Thats a possibility. Otherwise maybe a slider in your tranny? I dont know transmissions well enough to give you any expert advice, but I would bleed the clutch regardless and see how that feels
no need for clutch bleeding its slipping as he said yes this can be caused by a slipping clutch adjusting the pedal sometimes helps these's things when the clutch starts to go. I would start there but soon enough it will be needing a replacment.

I tried adjusting the clutch pedal... Infact, the other day I adjusted my clutch pedal & that got rid of my high rpm lockout & the shifter actually got alot smoother. But since the clutch started slipping, the shifting has been much much notchier and not smooth as butter like it used to be. I dont get it.
