blew the motor...
blew the motor...
at a carshow today near jones beach....car was running fine all weekend...did a pull back over robert moses bridge, at the top of 4th gear 7800 car felt like it hit a brick wall and a ton of oil and smoke came out all over....got it back to my shop a little while later....spark plug 2 and 4 had no electrode on it at all...compression test showed 0 compression in #4...could not find a hole in the block, pulling the motor tomorow to see. horrible thing is that i was only making 330whp!....only good thing i can see is that im going to build the motor now.....ill keep everyone posted...
thanks man, i hope so too, i have to pull the motor tomorow and hopefully find out whats going on...not a good feeling. not sure if im going to have my machine guy build my motor or possibly get a built motor from buschur or ams....

well at least its a good excuse to get your rebuilt engine. sorry it had to happen this way though. AMS seems to be more reliable in terms of rebuilt blocks..
