Bradley, fair enough. On the other hand, Im still interested in pursuing it, so I wont "put it under the bed".

Life with out deviation sees no progress, my man. If nobody ever tried different things we wouldnt see anything more than a bunch of HKS GT3037 kits floating around.

I also was looking at Kelford cams-does anyone carry these stateside? The cams have decent numbers on paper, although that never says much.

I checked a price for these cams, 560 bucks. Quite competitive.

187 dollars for shipping from NZ....so I think I'll pass.

Not to steal Pauls thread, but the 2.6 does have a place in racing and I feel thats Rally where cars are legal to 3.0L in open and dont rev higher than 6200ish or so because of the restrictor (least the ones I have been directly involved with).

I ran Kelfords on my WRX way back when they first released them. I even visisted their shop in Christchurch last time I was there. Nice guys, and I have a secret about their cams in the US...they are already here.
