Tip: when shifting to 5th press the clutch pedal and wait until the RPM's fall and then shift to 5th if you didn't do a lot of damage it should not grind.

I started noticing mines grinding after I got my Twin Plate installed, but I now let the RPM's fall and the grind isn't as bad or doesn't happen at all...
