At 26psi with a good tuner you'll be fine for a year or two easy...

With the tune in my car I have an 10.8 to 11.0 a/f ratio and my tune is safe up to 27psi on 94 pump. I leave it set for 22 to 23 and save the abuse for the track nights.

Thats what everyone has always said. 18k and still going. So keep your useless comments to yourself.

Rexpeed,
I made 520hp on pump/meth and 594hp on c16/meth.

And for the alky kit failing, sure it may, but that is my choice on the risk...

Don't get your panties in a bunch tough guy...you can't mod a car and run boost twice as high as stock and expect the longevity of the engine to compare to what it would be stock. Facts are facts.

If you think otherwise...then start saving your money now.
And just out of curiosity, you've been running 36psi for 18k miles or your total miles are 18k?

panties are not in a bunch... just tired of people saying "its just gonna blow up" I know it wont last as long as leaving it stock... I never expected that. I run 30psi daily and on weekends, I sometimes turn up the boost to 36psi with some race gas. I have already started saving for my new motor. I will prolly be that guy with the "I blew my motor" post, I understand that. But it has now been almost 18,000 miles since I put my 35r on and 45,000 since I had my 20g running 28+psi. Good tune is the key. I also dont beat the $h!t out of my car either... oh... and I just clicked over 70,000 on my motor.

5000 Miles so far with 500 +whp. Running 28 psi Daily on 91 + Meth, and I push it hard at least once a day.

By any chance did you install APR rod bolts instead of the stock rod bolts? I've been considering this cheap mod since I plan on getting a 35R kit this upcoming year.

I have considered this, but with how many miles I have on my car, I am just going to pull it and build it. If you dont have alot of miles, I would strongly recommend it if you want to get the most out of that turbo. I was still making power at 8000rpm on the dyno. You have to rev that turbo to really get alot of power... Just didnt want to push the rods/rod bolts any more than I have...
