Looking for a: FP Green
stig's mentor: FP's, inhouse, "exhaust port", is just a very slight gasket match of the turbine housing inlet to the factory gasket. Takes about 5 minutes to remove the slight 1/16" of overhang with a die grinder. So if you were to find yourself a Green for sale w/o the "porting", don't let that stop you from purchasing the unit.
Incidentally, you probably already know this, but Turbo Dynamics, in the U.K., has a very close working relationship with Forced Performance, and in fact they are an FP distributor. You might give them a jingle.

somethin esle, i'm not doubtin any1 like turbo d, but trust me when i say, there is nothin like the fp green direct from them or people who buy from them. as stated earlier in this thread, you have to watch where you buy from.
it's like buyin a hks 3037 or a garrett gt30r with the same wheel's, it's all about the clippin and measurements.
alot of people say the hks 3037 is the same as a gt30 of the same spec, but it aint.
The reason that I mention Turbo Dynamics, is that they are officially liscensed by Forced Performance, and in fact incorporate genuine Forced Perormance parts, such as FP's proprietary, CNC machined, billet 20G compressor wheel( the same comp wheel used in the Green turbo) into some of their own turbochargers.
I just thought, FWIW, that they might have a existing supply of Greens, or be able to get you one. Incidentally, TurboDynamics' 4" inlet comp. housing bolts right on to the Green as it is designed to work specifically with the FP 5-blade compressor wheel.
Furthermore, if you are interested in your Green spooling faster, then you can order it from FP with either the 9.8 cm or 9.0 cm turbine housing, in addition to the standard 10.5 cm housing. TurboDynamics also does a ball bearing center section conversion to the Green. Good Luck!

As far as I can tell from the pics I've seen posted, as well as comments from users who have purchased the "ported" version, actual porting is limited to a mere gasket match. The porting doesn't extend further down into the scroll area(s). Neither is the turbine housings' waste gate bypass port enlarged nor is the turn in radius from the scrolls into the waste gate bypass port(s) altered whatsoever.

I seriously spent all day calling different venders. They are very difficult to find, but when you call ask when they expect the next shipment. Some venders stock them and have some getting shipped to them. If your lucky they are not already purchased and you can have them hold you one.
Even after all day just when I gave up a member on here told me that someone had one left and I called and purchased it 1 minute after his post. Just have to ask around.
