you need to take off the bumper cover. not to be a jerk but is your user name supposed to be friends or fiends or something else?

Remove your IC. Stand it on end. Spray a few cans of carb cleaner through it. Don't forget to shake it. Or , alternately I've used lacquer thinner instead of carb cleaner.

You have to take off the front bumper to get the intercooler off (takes all of 5 minutes to do). Get two plastic bags, some duct tape, and some gas. Bag off one end of the intercooler and tape it up. Stand on end and pour some gas in (not a lot). Seal other end. Shake for a few minutes. Empty. Repeat. Do this a few times until no black comes out.

Just follow the part for the bumper removal, not the lights. It's very simple to do (it seriously only takes ~5 minutes).

Yes, do the same for the piping.

+1 parts cleaner works great too and i prefer that only cause its sprayed at higher pressures than carb cleaner.

any degreaser will work, and be less of a pain than gasoline. Like others have suggested block off one end with tape or plastic or whatever, stand it on end, fill it about 1/2 full of water/degreaser and shake. Rinse, repeat until what you drain out of the intercooler is clean water. do the same with the pipes.

Depending on how you take the turbo off, you may get away without any gasket or seals needing to be replaced. If you leave the hotside bolted to the manifold, and only remove the center cartridge and compressor housing, you shouldn't need any gaskets/seals.
