The parts you'll need will vary depending on what you are removing, what else you are doing. The first and move obvious would be the pistons and rods. You will also want to order (depending on how smoothly you want the build to go) would be the oil and water pump, thermostat, complete engine gasket set, oil filter (often overlooked on a build like this) and proper fluids (everything but the fluids should come from the dealer). Make sure the block (and possibly head) are going to a competent machinist with 4G63 experience. If you are removing and installing the block, make sure you clean everything before dropping it back in. things like the RTV you are sealing the oil pan with will need time to cure, along with the RTV you have to put on the valve cover gasket. If you are planning on upgrading the turbo or anything else that will give you a substantial jump in power, don't forget the spark plugs (use NGK copper at the very minimum, but try to get the NGK Iridium plugs). This is more or less general info, if you'd like to get more detailed info on the build, send me a PM.

I just saw on your mod list you have a 37R, you might want to o-ring the block and purchase the proper head gasket. I'd like to share more with you about an experience, but I do not want to publicly post it since it is relevant to a vendor.

Call Jackson Auto Machine aka JAM, a vendor on this site. They are the most experienced 4G63 engine builder IMO and they would get my money. I believe they sell kits.

Well we could give you a part list but we dont know the state of your block that meaning if you can do a drop in or not. You having a 37R kit already i would say just go with a BR state 3 (with /o ring )block and be done with it.

You would replace only what you want to. Rods, studs, bearings, pistons, rings, gaskets, and any head work like oringing, SS over sized valves, ect. Toss in some honing and you're good to go.

I'm a big fan of the 2.3L stroker setups. You can still rev them to 8000rpm but you pick up alot of low end torqe via increased air flow. The price will be nearly the same only the block would need to be bored which is fairly cheap.
