boost problems
If your using the stock boost solenoid then you need the stock boost lines since they contain special air limiting orfices. If you have a mbc you can get rid of the stock lines and just use regular vacuum lines.
If your seeing 10-12 psi then you are probably running wastegate spring pressure. In order to boost more than the wastegate you will need to bleed some pressure off using either the stock boost system or a mbc/ebc.

like said above. when using the stock boost controller, the stock lines must be used because they have restricter pills in them.......when using a aftermarket boost controller you need to use just regular vacuum lines.
now when i did my boost controller i had to use the stiffer spring that came with the boost controller and put that one in since the spring that was already in it was too soft. I.E not hold enough boost....
also make sure you grease up the bearing inside the boost controller when you switch springs.
when you indeed do use the aftermarker boost controller either sip tie the stock lines that connect to the stock boost controller closed or cap them off with a rubber cap (can get at any hardware store for 50 cents and looks neater).
there is a couple installation guides you can find in the installation forums to help you make sure everything was put in right.
that could not even be the reason but just check everything out at least, wont hurt ya know
