im looking to go gt3076r to my 03 evo 8 the mods i have currently on my car are these

gsc 272 cams hks cam gears 3 inch tbe hks intake 02 housing

the mods i willl have will be this

Gt3076r .63 a/r
Buschur Race FMIC/w piping
DNP Manifold
44mm Wastegate
880 cc injectors
Fuel rail
255ph fuel pump
3'inch intake


will my car with these mods which i should be buying end of Feburary would i be able to hit a 11.4 on 93 pump gas with a good tune

i have talked to many ppl who have done it and also many ppl tell me it is not possible because that turbo does not have much power down low more of the top end

again on stock block and on 93 im shooting for 11.4 possible?

 

Yes id assume if you can drive it good it can be done. although id slap a FPgreen on it if i was only shooting for mid 11's

Yes, it could be done pretty easily. I have the the GT3071R kit and with a conservative (boost set at 21.5) road course tune and on the 6sp trans (hitting the rev limiter in 4th) I ran an 11.8 with a crappy 1.85 60ft. With the right tune and your 5sp you should have no problem (given that you can drive okay).

 

i was thinking of going fpgreen but i wanted the top end power of the 30r ist just ppl were telling me that the turbo is mroe for top end so to run a 11.4 would be hard for it..

i wanted proof to show the ppl that it can be done on a 93 pump gas map

 

It is gonna be hard on pump. High 11's yea. Only one way to find out though. Let me know how that setup turns out. I want to do the same soon.

u can run 11.5's on the stock turbo with meth..or race gas.

A 30r on pump would make the same power as a ix turbo on meth with slower spool. You do the math.

Should be able to. My car ran 11.7 on pump gas 93 oct on the stock turbo

 

but the 30r does not shine till easy after 80mph its more of a top end power thats hwy im wondering if iw ould be running same times as stock turbo evo's on pump or woudl i be able to pull off atleast 11.5-11.45

i know alot of cars run 11.7 @ 117 stock turbo evo's with full bolt ons so im thinking maybe a gt3076r wiht 93 pump i have asked i can put down around 460 whp so i would think with that much power and a great launch with good driving shoudl easily get me 11.4??

You are not going to see 460whp on pump. Second no such thing as mph having to do anything with a turbo's power efficiency. On meth you can expect low 11's. Why track a bigger turbo on pump though? It seems like a waste of a track session. You buy the turbo to perform. Larger turbos are meant for high boost.

 

i want the 30r because i wont be tracking the car very often only a few times i want it for the more top end power im jus wondering if it would be possible to hit the 11.4 on 93 pump with the 30r and the existing mods on the car?

that was my original question would it really be that hard ot do 460 whp on pump is in not possible on 93 or would it need meth or race to see those numbers?
