I think that the 3065 and the 3076 share the same or have equivalent turbine wheels. The compressor side is where they diverge. The 3065 has the same compressor wheel and compressor housing as a 35R.

So the 3065 combines the 35R's compressor side with a 30R(3076, etc.) turbine wheel. It is essentially a faster spooling 35R and should move the same volume of air as a 35R up until about 30 PSI.

Above 30 PSI a true, full-house 35R flows more air than the hybrid 3065 due to the lower backpressure hotside. At any rate the 3065 flows way more air than the 3076.

Buschur has two 3065 kits. One features a tubular header and is more expensive. However, if you search on their site or call Dave or Jarrod they can quote you a price on their more economical 3065 kit which features a cast manifold. I'll bet that their 3065 kit which features the cast manifold should fall easily within your stated budget.

EDIT: In fact you should definitely call BR and they'll probably give you a package deal which'll save you some cash on the turbo kit, IC and clutch.

The turbocharger is put together by Forced Performance in Texas. Buschur Racing and Forced Performance work together on a lot of the Evo upgrade turbos.

You won't need to upgrade the Mitsu fuel rail for the power level that you're chasing. The BR Race IC is a great piece. You'll need the 850, or 880cc injectors as well. They can advise on the clutch too.

Your just dumb.

The .63 is a horrible hotside for the 30R, it shouldnt even be considered, if it is then you might as well go with a smaller center section.

the shop that was tunning my car advised me to go bigger then 680cc and all they had was 1000cc. i cant complain cause they drive great, with alittle bit of starting problems but i think that because of the mini battery. overall iam happy with them.

here is my dynosheet from ams in md
