I might get flamed for this, I've been looking at this intercooler on EBAY....

Claims its tested and rated to 750hp which I'm sure is bs, but does anyone have any experience with this, Im considering it for myself... Ill never go further than an fp green turbo..

i looked at those myself. keyword(looked). i dont know how much i believe what they say either. i mean im sure theyd work fine for what we're running. the fp green. i myself though am planning on upgrading to a buschur 30r a little later on down the road. nice looking ic though. pretty good size as well. id like to talk to someone on here who has used it or knows someone who has used it just to find out the pros and cons of it.

looks like an AMS clone. the ebay intercoolers are hit or miss in terms of performance, i would just get the real intercooler and not have to worry about it.

i figured its a clone but just trying to see if anyone has first hand experience with them.... I really dont think il go past a fp green turbo and if i did then obviously I'd spend the 600 on an ams fmic.. But for the results ive read about the clones Id be satisfied with something that looks better than stock and may not perform nearly as well as a Ams or ETS etc, as long as its good enough for around the 350-400whp its worth it to me

My friend has an AMS knock off one like this and hes got an 05 w/ 10.5 hotside and same mods as me (TBE, intake, MBC, tune) but hes got this intercooler and he only made 5 hp more than I did (same dyno, shop and tuner). I think it might actually be holding him back and he may be able to make more on the stock IC since hes got the 10.5.

do not buy an intercooler off ebay, buy something that WILL work.

look at dave buschurs dyno tested thread with a lot of the intercoolers out there
