drivetrain help
check it out guys, i got a clutch job for an 05 evo..5peed....any who...i was told that the tranny was sent out 2 get re-built because it wouln't go in to gear at all...when i got the job he had just got the tranny back and a new clutch...so i put everything back 2gether and now when i try 2 put it in gear its so hard to..every gear is hard 2 put in..and if i try 2 put it in reverse it sounds like sometghing is hittin...and then ive never drove an evo b4 so idont know how the clutch should feel but if feels real low..so if any of u guys have any tips or anything that would be awsome..thanx 4 taking ur time 2 help out!
If the engagement point feels low then that is probably the reason for the shifting trouble and probably the premature transmission problems. Adjust the rod at the master cylinder to get a higher engagment point and try it again. It only takes a few minutes.

+1 on how you adjust it because i HATE the engagement point on my Exedy stage 1 clutch. it's too high. i need it lower. everybody i've asked said that there's no way to adjust the engagement point, only the pedal. thanks
