o2 sensor help needed.

Is the primary/upper o2 sensor for the 2003-2005 and 2006 EVO's the same?

If not, anyone know of an alternative to purchasing the one from the dealership, similar to the one the 03-05 Evo's can get from densoproducts.com??

Thanks!

If you have a wideband (the LC-1 I know for sure) you can use its analog narrowband output as the input for the sensor.

Get the mfg part number, I know mitsubishi doesnt actually "make" it, they just relabel it. Most likely bosch or something probably does. Or just go to autozone and tell them what you need, they usually have sensors in stock. Call around.

By manufacturer part number, do you mean the mitsubishi part number for the sensor? Yeah, looks like I'll just call around.

03-06 are the same. I bought my replacement from www.oxygengeek.com for $56 shipped and its working great.

Part # SN4-126
http://www.oxygengeek.com/item.wws?s...tid=oxygengeek

This is a direct fit that comes with the proper harness plug and wire length.

Wow, that is pretty cheap. The pricing for the 03-05 and 06 are different, I wonder why that is? Thanks for the good find.

Is anyone else using the replacement from oxygen geek?
