From: 900 pounds lighter than a X.
Met up with SharkBite 2000 last night cruising over long Island and went out to dinner,had someone shoot a small video of us taking off seperatly and some wide body M3 was with us to.It was a great time cruising and Island 16 was dead last night (we were gonna crash the STI meet there)lol.

Steve - no way that clutch went bad - I have some ideas of what the issue could be - can you get the car over or do we need to pick it up with the wrecker ?

AL you cant daily drive the clutch. I went thru 3 rebuilds daily driving the Tilton. I told steve to stop driving it and send it to Kirk at Tilton and have him cut the basket down to spec. If he keeps driving it like it is it will wear the carbon plates much faster.

Your telling me if it's not one thing it's the other , but lucky its only the clutch that's never been launched or tracked im very surprise it went out so fast.

how are the carbonetics/ATS clutches on these cars. I only put down over 520awhp so Ive been sticking with the ACT set up but Ive been looking into these as well.

Sorry to hear Sharky.. it's a tough game modifying Evo's... seems the easiest route these days is wire Buschur 25k, but most people do struggle to be reliable at these power levels.

What was the original problem from Al's video of you and Pete that night?
