Prob less lift and specs were changed. The newer versions I believe have more lift (correct me if Im wrong) are better for drivability compared to other cams such as hks etc. and basically make more power, but the old ones still make power, but GSC just made a better product and hence we have the s1.

that's what I don't like about GSC cams, you don't know what version you are getting. With HKS you get 272's new or used, they are the same thing.

Again, I vote HKS 280's, I LOVE mine!

You do know, most of gsc cams sold in the last year are the newer version I believe, but yes they dont say gsc on them or so i have heard.

So to think that you know everything about it, just b/c that is what their website says w/out talking to Greg or anything isnt really a smart idea on your part. You are just as misinformed as you think everyone else is in this thread. On a different note I run the Buddy Club cams which are pretty much identical to hks specs. I have the 272/280 combo on a 6.5 TME and the car pulls like none other. I wanted to run the s1's and had thought about s2's, but got a smoking deal on these cams. If you want drivability, while still making a great power curve then gsc is the way to go.
wrong.

Get HKS 272/272 or HKS 280s or GSC 272s, nothing less, even with the stock turbo.

You have a 03 get the 10.5 hotside put cams in any to be honest with you 264/272, 272/272, GSC S1 it doesn't matter anything is better then the stock cam profile. Fuel pump, head studs if you care. Boost Pill.....hahaha get a boost controller like a man crank it up to 23psi and get it tuned you should make about 320-350 depending on oct and tune

Ok, I am planning on getting 264/272 cams with adjustable cam gears and fuel pump.

I currently am dyno tuned for for tbe, drop in filter and boost pill. Can I drive around safely for a few days to a week after the cam install before I go back to my dyno tuner?

Should the cam gears be set at 0/0 initially?
