Hello I am going to start this thread to post up my results for the M3 cams.

There has been a lot of questions asking so we will see what we net. This customer is going from Tomei cams to these Cosworth M3's.

If you could, would you post at least his major mods such as Turbo, engine size, intake/TB? Thanks. This will be a good test.

Stock Block
Custom Intake
Stock TB
Mynes Performance GT3076 .63 A/R
I/C Pipes
Intercooler
Forge MBC
Ecuflash
AquaMist HFS-5
Cosworth M3's

The car made 430 before with the other cams at around 26psi. I am hoping to see a better top end with these cams as it was falling off with the Tomei's.

Should be good. We are putting them in right now. I have to tune an 07 Sti then it will go on the dyno after that.

Thanks Mitch. That's going to be a good example for the 'bolt on' guys as well as those of us already using aggressive cams.

 

I agree. I think it would still be good to do a test on a stock turbo 9 but this should show what these cams are capable of for the big turbo guys.

I think they are getting the cams in now so it should be soon.

I have been in a car with the M3's and a 20G, and I can compair them to the M2's in my stock turbo... I must say, I wouldn't mind going M3's on stock turbo!

Was this done on pump gas?

 

I'd say 99% for sure it was. Those numbers certainly add up to 93oct.
