Misfire at idle

I have an 06 4G69 Eclipse with a custom turbo for about 5 months now. Two weeks ago I started getting misfires at idle. We looked at the sparkplugs and they look good. I didn't check the gap though. Now it's getting worse and you can feel it even when driving. The engine layout is similar to 4G63, except it's a SOHC. We did a boost leak test and didn't find anything leaking. Anyone experience something similar?

Are you on the same tank of gas as when it started? Sometimes you can get bad gas and that will do it.

I don't think so. I might have changed it once. I also gassed up yesterday it's still the same. I use only 94 octane.
The only codes I'm getting are multiple misfire ones.

Looks like there's a big problem with my car. I went to my buddy's house and we changed the spark plugs. The old ones were black. When I looked at them on Saturday they looked fine. They got soaked in the last few days. We checked the coils and they were fine. AFR's are good. All 4 plugs were evenly burned. This leaves only the timing as the problem. The strange thing is we never touched timing except in boost. So, if that's the problem means the FIC is ****ed or my ECU is. What else could it be?
