engineers please answer

to all engineers out there here is a question to you.
do you think something vibrating on a turbo compressor side can cause turbo seal, bearing premature failure?

Well if the comp wheel is vibrating, then so is the exhaust side, and the whole shaft, including the bearings etc. So absolutely.

definitely. generally things aren't build to vibrate-that's why there are dampers on your car (not to be smug)

Your turbo´s rotor group which consists of the 2 wheels and shaft should rotate in a perfect circular motion about the shaft centerline. Vibration whether caused by excessive shaft runout, individual component imbalance or rotational imbalance of the complete rotating assembly would result in an elliptical rotation, creating gaps in the seals allowing oil bypass eventually resulting in premature turbo failure.
