So far I have gotten everything but the head and turbo. Nick from Buschur called me last week and said they had an FP Green ready to go instead of me waiting 30 days for FP to rebuild mine. I'm expecting the head and turbo either late this week or early next week. I'm also waiting on my paint guy to get some room so he can at least spray the engine bay before the engine is ready to go back in.

My 20g showed up from Buschur about 25 days ahead of schedule. Nick called and let me know they had one in house so I didn't have to wait 30 days for mine to be rebuilt.

Pistons and block are at the machine shop to makes sure piston to wall clearances are good. Here's a pic of the Eagle 100mm crank vs the stock crank.

The head is on its way and the block should be ready for pick up any day. Once I start the reassembly, I'll post more pics, etc.

Block is back from machine shop. It was tanked, decked, bored and honed for the arias pistons. I put a fresh coat of engine enamel on it. I also put the intake manifold back together with the AP fuel rail and TTP 850cc injectors. Tomorrow I'll be measuring ring gap and finishing the piston assembly.

Today I measured ring end clearance and measured bearings and journals. Pistons are fully assembled and ready to go in, BUT Eagle sent the wrong set of main bearings. Instead of mains with separate thrust bearings, I got pre-1992 4g63 bearings which were .020" too large. Eagle doesn't know when they will have the right bearings in stock, so I could be waiting for awhile if I can't get some on my own. Here's some pics of me measuring the rings.

I should have some Cosworth main and thrust bearings monday, and my head should be in from Buschur pretty soon as well. Here's some pictures of th GT Spec manifold, ACT HDG6, and Labonte Motorsports touch screen meth controller and failsafe.

I'm hoping to have the long block assembled by the end of next week, barring any further problems.

70/30 water/meth, about what comes in the windshield washer fluid.
The last of my parts arrived today, including my head bearings and misc belts.

Today I was able to get the rotating assembly in and checked.
Upper main bearings installed:

Lower main bearings:

Crank in place:

ARP main studs:

Pistons installed:

Tomorrow I will be assembling the rest of the engine.
