Official HTA EVOGREEN thread by FP
Just bought a white turbo. from FP. This is what came from the testing on the hta evogreen they have a few avaliable now. It flows the same as the green47-49 lbs a min and spools like a 16g. It will be a few weeks bofore any dyno tuning. Will post results. Just hope it has the power up top like a green.
Why would they have a "White" if they have a "White Rabbit"? Need some confirm from FP here...
The WR was VIII based. My guess would be this is very similar to the old WR, but on the IX turbo platform. My other guess, is that if this turbo had the up top power and flow like the Green, then it would have been the HTA Green lol and not another name. Probably performs similar but noooot quite like the Green, and probably cheaper. If so, good option for those not wanting to push the limits, or who dont want to drop the $$$ for the Green.

There was also a WR 9, i know because i have one in my car lol
HTA....SHHHH.. I mean FP WHITE ;]
I purchased my ''WHITE'' turbo from Aneal on Friday. It appears just as the regular green, but where the fp plate says 'FP GREEN,' it says 'FP WHITE'.
Installed it friday night
The price of these 'white' turbos are 1295. Where as the green is 1700. They are cheaper, have better low end, are more efficent, and flow 48lb per minute. Also the 18psi wg is a free upgrade, same as the green

If this is the same one DB tested back in May, the only thing he didn't like about it was "at higher boost levels I was not satisfied with the results".
The "higher boost levels" must have been more than 25 psi because he had tested it earlier at 25 psi on 93 octane and seemed to like it pretty well. So it's probably a pretty darn good alternate choice to the regular green, just depending on which performance characteristics you want most.
Think about it, how many turbos does DB really like ? Two, maybe 3? Not many. He's pretty picky about turbos.

Think of all the videos we'll have in a few months - "White vs Green...."

white turbo for my white rs? me likey

Well the white is said to have a brauder power band more boost longer...Cbrd is comming out with something soon alternative to the green faster spooling and is said to peak at 30 psi and hold 29 psi to redline I sure hope the white can do that. FP has great products im sure the white is gonna be hard to beat..
