506whp Stock IX turbo E85
506whp Stock IX turbo E85
So after a killer day of tunning I tossed my car on the dyno at Bobs (Drift Office). The day before I did the PS/AC delete mod which I can revert back in less then a min since I have a electric water pump. (change the belt) I also put 10/30 syn oil (had 20/50 dyno) and messed with my stock WG some but it still tapered to 24psi by 6k.
I drove the car 3hr in the snow and rain to Seattle with 20gal of E85 in the trunk. The car has about 3k now on it at the 450whp + and the stock turbo is still holding strong.
This also make me a firm believer in Dyno Jets. I picked up just what I wanted from my small mods and dynoing on 2 different dyno jets and getting the right # on both.
My goal of 10s and close to 130mph in a full weight SSL on Stock Turbo should happen by the end of the year.
The car is running a tad rich out the top. Have not had much tunning time with the 2nd pump and 1200s I put in last week.

Wow nice job. I finally got some decent e85 and am finally upping the boost(27psi) right now on the stock turbo. I will be installing my AFI twin scroll 3076r kit Mon/tuesday. I am only hoping for 450ish awhp on e85. Anymore would be awesome, so 500+ on a stock ix turbo is awesome.

The actual peak boost was 33psi. It would hit 28 and creep to 33 and then taper off to 24 or so. The first run was 31 or 32 I cant recall, I was too excited and then the second one was even better. Definitely a good day at Drift Office.
Thanks Bob and Crew and thanks to all that showed up as well.
