help! weird electrical problem!

So i was driving down the street and I noticed my alphine headunit started blinking on and off then finally it shut off. Immediately I though, oh it's just some wire that I didn't properly put enough electrical tape on, no biggie. Then I noticed that my clock went out as well as my back windshield wiper. Correct me if i'm wrong, but how can all 3 be on the same fuse? Anyone have any idea what happened? I unplugged the harness from the alpine to the car and still no luck. Which fuses should I check? I checked the radio and the backwindshield wiper but still no dice. HELP!!!

I don't see how everything could've gone haywire at once. I thought it might've been a wire i didn't tape right.. but i'm perplexed. I'll check the lighter fuse, although the light is still illuminated.. so I dunno?

check ALL the fuses, I know it's a pain, but I did it one afternoon and it only took like 15 minutes max.

From: houston tx,
could this have something to do with the ECU harness recall? You might want to take it into the dealer for that if you haven't already and see if that fixes it.
