before i sold my newly bought IX it had 30k miles and i shift pretty damn quick (always lifted clutch though), bolt-on's and tune minus cams, never a single grind.

 

I noticed mine more after clutch install. Different fluid and clutch adjustment should help

 

I've developed a 3rd gear grind but not when its cold surprisingly, after driving on the highway for some time it happens. Its not a bad grind at all but still the fact that it grinds sucks. I'm assuming this is because of the synchro?
