OK after getting my meth kit tuned with the hallman mbc we only could get it to run 28psi max. I had a turbosmart mbc the newer style in my brothers turbo teg so i switched it out and now im able to up 28psi and up i havent had the time to up it more but the mbc still has alot to go. But the thing is that on the hallman i were to turn off the meth kit then im running off the wastegate 11-12 psi, but with this mbc off the meth it runs like 19-20 psi why is that and is it safe?

weird, thats definately not right. with the meth off you should be at wastegate because the failsafe valve bypasses the boost controller completely. lets do a boost leak test on it for the throttle body issue, and at the same time we can look at the vacuum lines. i suspect somethings not right.
