Why the quotations when I never said BABIED daily driver. I choose not to beat the **** out of my evo like so many of you do because I would like to prolong the life of it while not putting the motor under increasingly immense pressure from launching and abuse in that manor. I enjoy the day to day driving and Im not much of a launcher. I also enjoy working on my car as a hobby. Thanks

I have the Exedy Twin HD and I daily drive my 480awhp evo. Chatter? not so much and when it does its not so loud. Pedal feel? slightly stiffer than stock but grips a hell of a lot harder and definately comfortable for daily driving. Installation? difficult if you have never done it before and are not prepared with the right tools. Whichever clutch you decide to get, I recommend you call Sean Ivey and talk to him about options. He can get you an awesome deal on a clutch and put it in for you. Number: (908) 925-8700. Address: 1230 E. Elizabeth Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. They're an awesome group of guys there and do installs and tuning everyday. They can even do some custom fab work for ya. Give them a call and tell them Jennifer sent you

exedy twin disc. It is a bit more expensive, but the better choice I think.

find a used exedy twin and replace both A and B disks. You might spend 1300 for all of that.

Why ask for recommendations when it seems like you were set on an ACT clutch from the beginning?

Food for thought....even though it does sound like your decision has been made.

I run a built 2.0L / 35r/ Etc.

I used the Exedy twin in my old Evo with a bit over 320 whp, and now I'm using the ACT HDSS with a Fidanza flywheel on my current Evo @386whp, and all I can say is that for a daily driver, try and stick with the single disk as long as you can. Once you try modulating a twin disk like the Exedy in crawling freeway traffic, you'll want to burn the car to the ground.

Thats what Im saying...honestly Ive been leaning towards the ACT fromt he start but I wanted to see what was out there and to see what was recommended. Im gonna stick with the act because the consensus is that its more streetable than the twin disk and holds all the power that Im going to give it. Honestly folks Im not launching the car so there really isnt a need for a twin disk clutch. All I needed from the start is a clutch that would meerely hold power not hold the power while launching (two very different things based on load and pressure)
