Indy Intake V2 done and tested.
What a freaking day. I was flat out from the time I got to the shop until I left after closing time.
We got our fuel in this morning. I had two other cars to tune and one to align.
I was testing another set of cams today which I put in the day before yesterday. First pull the mid range was down but the peak was up by a few small HP. I wasn't happy and left the car on the dyno to swap them back out quickly. As I lined up the marks on the cams I found I had the intake cam advanced 1 tooth. I was pissed. I cheated and slipped the cam gear back to where it was suppose to be...........ran the car again. Power was WAY down in the mid range and down up top. Oh well, went to swap cams again and found I somehow had the gear retarded 1 tooth. Holy crap, I guess I needed to slow down and pay more attention. By this point I was out of time and had enough information. The cam was not going to produce the power curve I wanted so I put our BF272's back in the car and made a few quick pulls. By this time I had two customers waiting on me and no time left.
I got so wrapped up in helping customers and finishing cars I didn't have the time to print the sheets or make any comparisons.
Tomorrow I plan to run to the shop, print some sheets and make some notes.
I won't be able to post the results until Monday. I did run on of the dyno runs out to 9,000 rpm on the V2 intake. I didn't even have time to look at the curve/graph but the curve is pretty darn flat running it out that far.
I'll get the sheets results up this coming week.

Thanks for all the hard work David
I can't wait to see 9sec9 run his v2 manifold, and AWD Motorsports Mike and yourself run the v0's. The X v0 also gets tested in the next two weeks
. Wow so much for a break. Now with all this manifold testing coming to a close till the fall, it gives me the time to get the 8, 9, and 10 cylinder head project up to speed. I'm updating all the valvetrain with components never run on an Evo engine before, these are all new designs that will update what has been run for years. These cylinder heads will be fully flow bench, dyno, and track tested before their release. Without all your tireless work none of this would have happened. Thanks, Indy

As soon as I finish up sone other projects I will get it to David and AWD Motorsports Mike for testing and see what direction I need to go . Thanks for your interest. Indy
Subscribing... I'm very intrested in the results on the V0 and V2 on the green/ stock frame turbo cars. The V0 is probably the route I will choose, just based on cost... Also indy, if you do end up doing the cnc manifold porting I'll be very intrested in that as well...
wow, some kind of illussionist trick LOL, love to see one of this intake in my buddy evo to squeeze a little more to this damn gt35 without increasing boost.
