Yeah, thats what im looking for, but I heard the RS amps the sound way louder than any other.

Eat a bag of dicks. Both of you. I gave you my experience with the filter. Learn something from it or shove it up your ***.

Works great w/ HKS Kansai CF airbox!

HKS Kansai CF airbox will only work w/ HKS Kansai Intake System (very similar to HKS RS), However, a slight modification like this will make the HKS RS intake kit to fit the Kansai CF airbox very nicely. The snorkel section is much bigger than stock.

I love this product! Makes it look like a stock carbon air box

Put me in my place? Surely you jest. Seems like you're the one crying. Getting defensive about being called out on ricer-ness? If the shoe fits...

Wanting to hear the sound of your DV and turbo should NEVER be a reason to buy an intake. NEVER. Especially since buying an intake can screw your MAF reading up royally if not done correctly. Jumping to conclusions about rice? Maybe you should re-think that.

Also, note I said semi-rice. Some people actually expressed care in the performance aspect of getting the intake, which should be the only reason behind considering getting one.

I never said I didn't care about performance, but it would be a plus being able to hear everything and add some more HKS to my car. I'm not a 100% HKS junkie but why not add onto it if I can.

I understand that completely. It just shouldn't be a reason to buy one.

Plus, there's better intakes available, and they all pretty much sound the same.

No one has still answered my question about the extreme psi intake, it's a killer deal.

I've had my HKS Rs intake for awhile and I've had no problems. I don't use the hks filter though. Just to give you an idea I went to Sean Iveys and he tuned my car w/bolt-ons and a drop-in. He suggested that if I was sticking with the stock turbo for awhile that I should get the HKS intake. I took his advice and was back a couple of months later. I don't remember the exact temps outside but they were similar to each other. When I left the first time I made 323awhp and first pull with the HKS made 360awhp. I was slightly lean and ended up with what you see in my sig. I think it's a great intake.

I think your confused on why I made this thread. It wasnt to argue about stupid sh*t for one, so lets stop that, feel free to PM me.

As for the intake, of course I want power, but hearing my turbo and dv is just iceing on the cake.

What filter are you using? Also, when you gained the 30 odd some horse power, was that the ONLY thing added/changed (including tune?). Last question, with the HKS intake, and the filter you are using, is the spool and/dv noticably loud? Thanks.

Does anybody know of a filter replacement for the HKS standard filter that does a better job of actually filtering? Excuse me if I missed this already....
