^^^WOW

1. Are you running a Tial bov and Buschur UICP?
2. Do you have anything done to your 02 housing?
3. Do you think a single 255 pump and 1000cc injectors will be ok for 93oct daily and occasional race gas?

I want to do the same set-up. Im almost full bolt-on minus the ported intake manifold, throttle body, and cams. After that I will be similar to your set-up MINUS the AEM. I hope I wont lose too much by not having the AEM EMS .

I was thinking, I went 10.6-10.7 @ 133-135 on pump gas with a 35r, now im running 10.7 @ 129 with the RED, all of this was done on the same Buschur supercar. To me that says that the red is all the hype i have been preaching. If the turbo didnt work, i would be the first to admit it, I have nothing to gain, I dont have stock in Forced Performance.

Now appologize for ruining my thread

If you had to make a guess, wow much earlier does the FP Red reach 30 psi than the 35R did?

I am not getting into all the garbage. Trying to remain calm.

It does bother me though when someone says the threads we start are just to sell parts. YES, I own a business, yes Trent, Jarrod, Nick, Ted, Renee, Daniel and Steve work here and attempt to promote this place. We have to sell parts BUT, BUT we do not sell junk.

If something doesn't work, we don't sell it, end of story.

I promoted the Green, got called out on it, it was going to suck, all hype. Now guys have gone mid 10's on it..........guess it wasn't hype.

I promoted the HTA35r, all hype, I just ran 9.65 at 151 on it, wasn't all hype.

I promoted the Driven Innovations intake, with the same HTA35r ran 9.42 at 155 mph on it.

I promoted the Wilson modified intake, on a crap track car bested the MPH at 155.78, still on the HTA35r.

I don't sell HYPE, I sell parts that work. If they don't work, I won't sell them and I certainly am not going to put crap on my own car.

Unlike a lot of other shops I actually own an EVO, 3 of them actually. Trent has one, Daniel has two himself. We all want the best for our cars, so selling and promoting stuff that doesn't work doesn't happen. If something sounds good and turns out bad we stop carrying it.

I'd say obiously running 10.7 at 129 on a bolt on turbo is something that hasn't been done on 101 octane fuel. Looks like results not hype.

I just checked some logs from Trent's car on the dyno.

The only change from these logs is the car went from our header turbo kit with a GT35r to the red on the stock ported manifold and SS 02 housing.

The GT35r reached 20 psi at 4895 rpm and 29 psi at 5395 rpm.

The Red reached 20 psi at 3656 rpm and 27 psi at 4387 rpm.

Both pulls were on 93 octane, same boost controller, same gear (4th) on the dyno.

This turbo obviously has potential; for those of you who want more information or are doubting it's abilities, why don't you wait until more people install them and post their results? It's not like someone is holding a gun to your head to purchase this turbo..... be patient and the information you are looking for will come forth. This may be a best case scenario that we are seeing, but this car isn't some stripped down racer w/ one off parts. This is a build that could be easily replicated. Patience is a virtue we should all be happy that we have stock appearing turbos that are capable of flowing this much air

gamebred26,

It's over... I don't care who hit who first, someone says anything else off topic, or even in a serly tone, points will fly.

That goes for every one else to...

After deleting the rest of the garbage... I REALLY, REALLY should have gone point crazy, but that's just not my style.

...it may have to be in the future though.

Great information, thanks. When the RED came out years ago for the DSM cars it was an instant hit with the drag racing crowd. If you dont mind the lag of a larger turbine wheel and want to run a turbo that fits onto your stock manifold then this RED should be an equal success.
