When I hit high boost (I'm tuned for 30 psi and meth) it sounds like a bunch of ticking coming from the engine? When I turn the boost down to 22 psi its very little to no ticking.

Its been doing this ticking for about 3000 miles and alot of boosting. When it 1st happened I thought the engine was going to blow but, the engine is running fine even under boost. Also no check engine light. Its this damn ticking under high boost!?

Ive done plugs,clutch and flywheel,and had my shop inspect the valves,cams and springs. All good.

I'm lost?

Any suggestions?

ID think so because if it was it would have blown already.

 

Even when I run strait 110 leaded its still does it?

It never did this ticking till about a year after my tune.
