Erik: I think you're right in that my car won't ever make more power( First I need to jettison this clunky XEDE), no matter what I do... BTW, I was just yanking Scheides' chain, anyway

As was I with you

My XEDE has become a very nice, yet expensive, paperweight. I won't waste anyone's time trying to sell it.

Built bottom end means nothing? So 10.2:1 pistons should put out the same output on the engine as 7.8:1, 8.5:1 and 8.8:1? The answer is no and you are losing credibility with each post.

Our Dyno does not read high. It has been calibrated by MustangDyne. They flew in two engineers and calibrated it.

Today we rechecked the calibration over the phone with them and it was dead on.

Any more posts of yours claiming "proven to read high" will be taken as a defamation attack and treated as such with evom administration. Thanks.

Don't believe everything you read or hear, and carry a large shovel to get through the BS.

side note: NO knock on TTP, they put out good stuff! Ask the guy what a STOCK evo puts down on that exact dyno.

Who has Proven that the TTP dyno reads high?? The last time I checked it was the opposite. The dyno reads 7-9% lower than the Local Dynojet. Already tested by at least other 5 cars. So please stop spreading rumors and discrediting the hard work of the TTP crew.

Yeah, TTP deserves more respect. Very good tuners! They've pretty much set the standard for stock VIII & IX turbo performance, IMO. No call to try and trash them. Kinda lame, really!

I was quite pleased with the gains I made going from a stock 05 turbo (10.5 hot side) to the green. I picked up 4mph in the quarter with more tuning to be had. Thats 40-60awhp roughly. But I also have teh AEM to tune with which is a big advantage over factory ecu tuned cars.

So in your sig, did you run this 11.5@116 pass with the 433 hp dyno or the 372 hp dyno?

No discredit to TTP at all, they put out clean builds with amazing numbers. Like I said above, enough bench racing, people can believe what they want but it doesn't matter anyways They're just numbers on a computer.

My car had the stock Evo IX gearing and stock rev limiter 7600. I hit the Rev limiter 2 times before crossing the line. How do you think I am able to run 11.58 with such a low Trap?

P.S. those runs where done before the new setup. They where run on meth

very unlikely w/o cams or meth injection...most greens on pump are doing about 380 with cams...are you sure it was a mustang dyno???

Well guys I spoke to the owner of Velocity factor yesterday and he told me that he has a ported Head along with upgraded Pistons as well. But He is on the stock cams still running the green with no Meth or nitrous on 93 octane. So I guess it is possible to hit the low 400# with a green as long as you port the head and upgrade some of the internals in the motor.

Good to see the amazing numbers, Ozzie.

Those are higher numbers than I have been doing on 32 plus psi and race fuel .
