Help me please slipping clutch problem!!!

I replaced the slightly worn 6 puck (because I thought that was the cause of slipping) for a disc and cut the flywheel (which also wasn't that bad) and put it all back together with torque wrench and did everything properly as I should have, including bleeding my clutch and I am still experiencing horrible slippage. No burning smell or smoke though. NOTE*** when I changed fluid in the transmission it had a decent amount of metal content in it which i surmise is from the ends of my worn input shafts. I have clean gears (no grinds or pop outs etc.) so what could be causing my problem.

Also some info to maybe help diagnose this problem better is that my speedometer increases with the slippage of RPMs but I'm not actually increasing my speed at all. Please help. I've exhausted all knowledge on my part to fix this problem mechanically and mentally.

Just to throw this out there: I experinced horrible slipage a while back. One of the bolts holding the slave cylinder in place was striped by the previous owner and some how backed out. The cylinder was a 10mm appx out of place. The clutch would no grap what so ever. No burning smell either. I did not have any issues with the speedo. Good luck. Jason
