Exclamation something is wrong

all right...so I dont want to jump to conclusions or anything but...when im driving in say...2nd, 3rd, 4th gear at above 3500 RPM and I step on it to full boost the car seems to be ...
it would go from 3500-4xxx RPM pretty fast but catch it self then it does it one more time from 4500-5xxx RPM after that its ok...

I think its the clutch...

but I read up on here somewhere about testing the clutch by going about 25MPH and shifting into 5th gear then put the gas pedal to the metal...when I do that the car just vibrates and the RPMs stay low...and dont rise up fast or jump around...

can anyone think of a different problem this could be?

I have an 05 VIII with Exotic Speed TBE, open element filter, Forge UNOS MBC, AMS LICP, Buschur SS Clutch Line, Buschur Shifter Bushings, and JDM IX Diverter Valve...im pushing 21psi on 93octane...

25 is too low. You want to be about 60. Thats when the boost starts to come in hard and the load becomes really high.
