this is a T3 garrett turbo... basically whats in our time attack car.... it has better response than a 30 or 35 at 20-30psi levels...

not billet, but was on top of the HTA on spool up and made more peak whp and torque at less boost..

car before at 24psi was 344/274.... at 21psi on this turbo on the second pull it made 368/290...

Awesome brain. I am very pleased to see how happy you are. You should of saw the look on your face after that first pull on the road . The car feels great man. Its making more power everywhere as soon as it gets into boost compared to the turbo you previously had on the car Also there are not to many people like you that are willing to try and brand new turbo out. Everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon I think it for sure paid off that you did . I am going to hop in the shower than i will send over your pump gas and race gas maps for you. Enjoy the new found power man and be safe I see a new IC in your future. The one you had on there was getting pretty warm

Dont forget. The tq gain was mega swapping turbos and yes the dyno said 417. Anyone who uses MD knows it scales it down and takes the peaks away when it puts it in a graph/ Also your hta 30r had a .82 the TAK is a .63

i really love this turbo and i think im pretty much sold but i would like to know why it isn't making a higher peak torque number. It just seemed to me that with the red and green it was always more even horsepower and torque rather than 400hp and 300 tq if that makes any sense. Not bashing the turbo because you will have my money soon for the turbo lol just wondering.

the red didnt make this much torque on our dyno.... the green or our bbk does because the spool is quicker, making peak torque much earlier....

i like this turbo for t3 housing.... for stock housing... BBK

Great news Bryan (is it an I or a Y, I may have it mixed up )! Glad to hear that CBRD got you set up with a turbo that puts a smile on your face, that TAK is looking really good!

No doubt and the spool is almost identical I can't even tell a difference after driving it today even on pump it pulls so much harder than my old turbo.
