/\ Look for the post of Fast Frank who is on here...he is in my area in MI and he has the Red on a 2.3. Its alot of fun!

I am running the Full Blown twin pump with 1200cc injectors. I am not using the hobbs switch as I would rather it not come on at a certain pressure level. I would rather have them both run full time. Now, if one pump were to fail I would now at idle...rather than when I am putting my foot into it (which could be too late). Look for the post by TedB, he describes it very thoroughly.

Only 1 week till dyno time!

WTF is a 'piq' and what do you do when that coating starts flaking? Redo it?

Looks nice man! Very clean! Who did your spark plug cover?

'piq' is short for picture. The last manifold I had was on for 3 years and it never flaked, I just sold it in the vendor used area (as I wanted to make a new one) and there is a good piq of it there. Yes, you can have the caoting stripped and re-applied. I have never done that though.

Thanks for the compliments. I designed the spark plug cover on CAD and then had a local CNC shop develop cutterpath and make me a bunch of them. Here is my CAD file for example.

Nice write up!

I have a love / hate relationship with you guys who seem to have a nice attention to detail.

Compared to my backyard antics it is very troubling at times. But very impressive too!

Wayne ported the tubine housing inlet and outlet areas extensively, which you can appreciate visually by looking at pictures 2 & 4, in the thread starter post.
