Careful with the fragile EVO radiator

So, my weekend kinda sucked. I decided to finally install the EGT probe in my exhaust manifold. While taking the manifold off, it got cought on something. I gave it tug, lost balance, cut my finger and bumped the heavy cast manifold against the rad. I now have a pin-sized hole in it.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Cover up the rad if you are working near there. I don't know why I did not do this. I guess I was too excited to get the probe in. Learn from my expensive mistake. Cover up the RAD if you are messing with the turbo or in front of the block. These things are extremely delicate (and very light by the way). So, now the probe is in, but I can't drive the car. This is going to be one expensive EGT install...

Took it to a rad shop, and they'll try to patch it. However, they said it may leak again eventually. So, naturally I'm looking to buy a stock EVO rad from someone that may have upgraded theirs to a PWR one ($470). If you have a stock one and want to sell it, please PM me. Pleeease.... there must be someone that could help out a fellow EVO owner!!!! PLEASE!!!

So, it looks like it will be a very expensive EGT install afterall. Just got a call from the rad shop saying that they tried but are unable to repair the hole.

Unless someone with a stock rad contacts me this morning, I have no choice but to order the PWR upgrade this afternoon...
