Thumbs down rre no name clutch

well a year ago i replaced my clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and throw bearing. i bought the road race engineenering no-name clutch kit and flywheel. but now as of today. my clutch is starting to go out. im still going to do it myself. i need to know. what do you guys think i should do i can replace the clutch plate for $125 or both the pressure plate and clutch for $480 or the whole kit for 520...but i dont have the money as of now....what should i do im lost....i just bought drilled/slotted rotors and hawk pads gottum put on and found my clutch is slipping. should i reuse the no name or go with a different brand... keep in mind i have very limited funds as of now i cant spend 2200 on a really great clutch although i would if i had the $$$

haha, thats alright we all have those days....i'd say if you have plans for a turbo upgrade or cams in the near future i would get an exedy twin hd kit....i wish i had the money and power to justify that purchase but i don't so i'm going with the HDSS kit which should hold 508 ft/ lbs according to ACT's site...

For a single disk I would go with Exedy Stage 2 4 puck sprung. I had mine for about 10 months, great for DD and holds pretty good at the strip.

Bought my SS disc from this man and had it put on with the HD plate last thursday. Clutch feels great, best prices on EvoM.
