Might wanna check your bushings. Tranny fliud might need to be changed. And sometimes you have to wigggle around in neutral or even shift into 1st gear first before you can make a clean shift to reverse.

the shift to reverse is excellent ....this did happen in the 1st gear also ....
somthing is dragging and than gets normal ....it happens when im moving the car not when im shifting ...
i doo have problems in shifting during races ,just wondring if this is due to clutch also ...
also tell me that wat do u guyz say about mobile tranny fluid or zic as this is the only fluid available in my country

All those suggestions sound correct.. except the first to reverse..

you want to go into second then go to reverse.. its on the same cable and helps it out alil..

1st to revers wont do anything

I have always used 1st to reverse but if 2nd to reverse is the correct way then try it that way. But if it feels like its dragging after being in gear already...hmm...have you tried adjusting your clutch engagement?
