Your air fuel is to rich is should be in the high to mid 11's airfuel at the most my man but try to shoot for high 11's my evo was doing the same thing when i scared the crap out of some people on the hwy and they pulled next to me freaking out and to warn me that my car was on fire and to pull over and run that's just to funny true story by the way my air fuel was just about where yours is set at mybe lower i think it was 10.1.
