Dan shouldnt have a problem. These guys are awesome fabricators and ill include pics of mine tomorrow clears my 4 inch downpipe and everything. These guys are true fabricators theyve done almost all the fab work on my car and it looks fantastic ever last weld.

I am still wondering how the steering mounts would be off if magnus uses a jig.... did they change the jig?

They said it's changed since the prototypes, which are pictured on their website. So I'm guessing they had to change recently.

Subframe is missing the bosses on the underside for being able to attach chassis braces...or where the skidplates typically attach. There are 4 raised (well, technically they're on the underside) brackets with M8 or M10 threaded captive nuts. FWIW, my flat bottom used these OEM attachment points.

In addition, it's not set up to actually use a sway bar. The mounting bosses are there and line up perfectly, but the sway bar needs a flat surface to mount to. We added a flat piece of aluminum on top of the bosses, but it does take away clearance between the sway bar and transfer case. EDIT: Interestingly enough, the pics above show flat pieces welded into the sway bar mounts that were left off on my unit.

Have contacted the seller and no replies, so I'm going to have to modify it on my own time and expense.

None too pleased...considering it was advertised to have all the factory brackets.

Dave

I havent received a call/trxt and neithet has Dan at diamond. The chassis braces have never been incorporated into the subframes and in regards to the swaybar, youre the first out of ten having a problem. Based on the pictures of dans i figured you would know or even ask if they were incorporated to design. I wouldve said no but they couldve done it. Call dan at 419 875 4080 i just checked my gmail and you modifying it SHOULDNT void warranty however i would definately contact him to let them know whats going on.

I apologize for the issue and confusion and know dan can get anybossues you have resolved.

I didn't call/text because it's harder for me to keep track of what's going on and I'm sure those guys wouldn't want phone calls at 2am when I've actually got time to work on the car. I'll try to follow up with the guys in the next day or two.

Thanks!

Dave
