boost gauge problems?

I have a blitz dual solenoid electronic boost controller and i probably should go back to a mbc but that is not where my problem is. the problem is the gauge. it reads about 9 psi lower than the controller says. i did a boost check and there is no leaks. is the gauge bad or is there something i'm missing?

it's an autometer, those are pretty decent aren't they? wouldn't think they'd go bad that fast. only been 9 months.

Autometer have known to be off by 2 pounds. If it's off by that much, replace the gauge.
