GT3076R Problem?
yeah definitely go to a different shop. If they cant tell then I wouldn't let them touch my car with a 10' pole. This is something that you should be able to figure out in 5 minutes very easily.
Are you running you still running the stock engine management?

if they cant fix it im gonna demand another turbo kit free sh-it i put down 4000 bones for it to not put down the respectable numbers only gaining 40 hp for 4000$ is wack.. so if they cant fix it im going someewhere else
Could be a boost leak...sounds weird, but hear me out:
Things are going well and your turbo is making 21-22psi. After pressure drop, you're making 20psi on the gauge. Now, you turn up the boost to and indicated 250, but suppose you've got a leak that's opening up at 22psi. In order to reach 25psi on the gauge, maybe you needed to crank the boost up to 30psi at the turbo. By making all that extra boost at the turbo, you're overheating the air, and this could be compounded by the enging pulling timing.
I had this same thing happen on my car running a FP White. I jumped the car and had a bit of a rough landing, and tweaked one of my IC pipes. Since the rally car doesn't have sound deading, its hard to hear much with rocks being pelted off the underside of the car. The car went from making 27psi down to ~25psi. I also noticed that intake temps were higher than normal, so I packed it in for the day. When I got it home, I did a pressure test and ran it up to 15psi, and couldn't find a leak, even using the soapy water trick. I cranked up my pressure tester to 25 psi and I found the leak right away.
Its a longshot, but with the lack of details, I figured it might be worth checking.
Good luck getting it all sorted out!

i found a rupture in one of the couplers for my lower pipe but they said its not a leak they say its a restriction in the airflow and they insist its the intercooler any other?
the turbo makes boost just fine its when we turn up boost the numbers go down can u re write ure reply i kind of dont get it
Sorry I was being sarcastic. I wouldnt think it would be the intercooler. You can try cleaning it out and look to see if there really is an obstruction then. It comes across like they are trying to charge you for an intercooler that you do not need without looking into weather or not that the AMS intercooler you have installed is really the problem. I know is easier to swap parts on there without trouble shooting the problem sometimes but its hard on the pocketbook that way. Even new parts like turbos sometimes are bad from the manufacture. If you didnt have a problem before the turbo install and you have one now.

Last thursday i had a gt3076r installed with all the mods in my sig...... put it on the dyno and everything was going great when the tuner tryed to turn up the boost and the number goes down Tuner thaught it was a restriction in airflow to the intake manifold we were all scratching our heads on this one any suggestions on the problem?

? Times are tough for everyone but damn. I hope my AMS intercooler doesnt have a restriction. How much will they charge me? They need to look elsewhere for the problem like their turbo kit.
