Could you explain how any aftermarket cam would decrease someone's performance? Also going from 91 oct to 91 oct - how does that set you back?

 

I was not talking about comparing it to stock...but aftermarket vs aftermarket.....and actually i retract my previous statement and having seen a couple of Tomei turbo equipped cars, I can tell you that this turbo likes smaller cams anyways. 91 octane is extremely restrictive compared to 93 or 100 octane in terms of the tuning you can do, so that's why you lose power....hope i answered everything correctly.

i installed my tomei but the car do no feel with good power , im thinking in a boost leak , but any body knows the wastegate actuator at what psi begin open????

 

looks awesome!! i just upgraded to the FP Red.. im putting it in tomorrow and it will go to ams on the 13th for the e85 tune.. very nice build

 

sorry everyone, i know its been five months and still no real results yet. Ran into some problems and going to make a few changes to the mods, so hopefully will have graphs within a few weeks.

Changed mods will be -
cosworth 272 m2 grind
ETS 3.5" intercooler
test pipe
tune on 91 and e85

 

ok finally got tuned with the new parts last night.

tuned on dynapack dyno. mods on last post^^^^

**** 91 350whp and 330wtq @22psi

E85 440whp and 393wtq @26psi

Car feels awesome pulls hard all the way to fuel cut and the butt dyno loves it!!!!
