yeah, the 255kw graph was leaking and bov uncrushed, goes much harder than that now will probably switch to a greddy or forge dump or something soon though, wouldn't be surprised if the bov was still leaking a bit

I had greddy RS, and diaphram will break as it gets old.

 

Man I just read all 16 pages of this WTH! I really think the OP could have gotten better power #'s. I don't know if it was the tune or what (I didn't tune it) but I would imagine you would want to run a lot more boost even on your pump map. Hell I make 340 DLL WHP (which matches my Dynojet #'s btw) with just exhaust & 24-25 psi on stock 9 turbo & pump gas.

Very, very nice craftsmanship on those parts though. Sucks no one in the US makes anything this purrrty.

 

Definitely could have had better numbers....I made 400whp on this turbo with four leaking valves at 26psi and someone else made 420whp on 24psi....all pump gas btw

 

we need more graphs and timeslips to see if this turbo is really worth it

 

I know there's not a lot of these Tomei turbo's out there, but have there been any failures?

 

I dont wanna get everyone's hope up, but i just got my tomei turbo, im hoping to get everything in and dyno tuned by august 15th. will update as soon as its done.

Well the 91 "**** water" and tomei 260 cams will probably set you back some ponies and I don't know how good or what size the arc IC is.....but good luck

You could consider meth/alky to offset the crappy fuel too

 

^^^ yeah i hate the **** water here, im hoping the e85 will be more avalible in my area soon, so i can get a second map on that

 

anyone have any idea wats gone wrong here? heavy grey smoke on decel...leak tested no faults found checked all lines etc NFF...something is seriously wrong here....
