Tomei Full Turbo Kit Install........
go with the tomei, this turbo has better response than Red, and you can't go wrong with tomei quality. Look at the design of the turbo, Tomei didn't utilize the stock housing like fp did with the red. Trust me, tomei's R&D development is way more advance than anyone in US, they've been developing evo parts for more than a decade.
maybe so. but from eveything i have seen the tomei isnt putting down the power i really want. it is more of a auto x turbo from what i see. i want a stock appearing drag type...
when are the rest of the Tomei arms turbo results going to come through it feels like ages since the first one was fitted. I'm i right in saying there are only two that have been mapped on cars other than Tomei's own car?? Also 350bhp at the wheels on normal fuel? are there any others getting mapped on pump fuel soon? i'm waiting on a manifold but when i receive it i'll either go TT205 (guaranteed 400bhp + turbo at the wheels proven in the uk by atleast 6 Evos) or the Tomei as it will have better spool but just want to see more results. hope to see more results soon

i would also like to see more results because the results on this page dont really do justice to what is going on. i think we need to see what this turbo is putting down on cbrds dyno or something like that because then we can really compare it to the bbk and the red because there are countless dyno sheets of those on that particular dyno.
. We have experienced alot of fp green & Red failures and with alot of bad customer service i think people are moving away from them, I'm awaiting a manifold but when it arrives i'll be buying either the well proven TT205 (UK made) or a Tomei Arms. US dyno's and UK dyno's read differently so if you went down this road you'd be sure to make good numbers as there is a 515bhp @ fly wheel 8rs amongst other 500bhp@ fly cars. The turbo itself has been designed to run 2bar not modified version of the Mitsubishi unit with large comp housings and there has been no failures to date.http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=246874

The Red and TT205 became available at roughly the same time and there must be about 10 TT205 & 2 FP reds i believe on the MLR & out of the reds 1 or 2 have failed.
