Wack? They will all be tested on the same boost level. I was super slammed last week and we will get on it hard this week.

Sorry if this test is not up to everyones standards. We are doing it for the community and not for anything else. If anyone else would like to conduct this test and think they can do it any better please feel free. There is a lot of work that goes into this and a lot of time.

+1 all the haters need to STFU! no one else has done tests like this and if they even came close, they were done in different SEASONS, not even close to the same week. there are a large group of people on this board that appreciate what mitch and geoff are doing, so if your not one of these people then get out of this thread! im tired of people posting that this is not a good test, if you dont like it, then go do your own test and post on here!

Yes agree regardless how you guys run the test please know I'm sure 99% of the members on this board are very grateful. However, the thread is a bit confusing right now. I hope you create a new thread to show the results and I'd love to see datalogs including timing, o2, rpm, boost and vehicle speed for each dyno plot posted.

awesome job so far guys. I am sure there is a method to the madness and the results are much awaited. i am also confident we will be able to sort out the results with the help of the test teams input. and if there are any problems we learn and retest. no need to have non constructive criticisms.

No kidding! If you don't like the test, then do you own the way you see fit, then be ready for 4565432 board ninjas to start telling how you're doing it wrong and the "right" way it should be done. How much more can you ask for?? The only thing changing is turbos, and manifolds from OS toTS, everything else is staying the same which is as best a test one could reasonably pull off. Sure its not the same day, but what do you want these guys to do....you can only swap glowing hot parts back and forth so fast.

i would love to see 30r's thrown into the mix. i think a twinscroll 30r 2.3L would be killer for anyone that wants power AND quick spool (the autocrossers)

maybe a BW s200 could be tested?

We already know how 2.3 30R's work, just not twin scroll stroked 30R's.... considering we know how going twin scroll changes the way the engine responds we can conclude that they would only get better through the switch.
