So just recently a month ago or so, the dealer did some work on my car, they changed my synchros and TC, however, I have been experiencing some clutch noise, something rattling almost for a split second whenever I shift (whenever I press on the clutch), any ideas on what that could be?

you should check the clutch pedal assembly for anything loose like the adjustment nut and the clutch slave cylinder or you may new shifter bushings.

 

i just did and evrything seems to be fine

UPDATE!
there was nothing wrong with the clutch, but there was a stupid bracket under the driver's seat where it hits the aftermarket exhaust and makes that rattle noise around the above mentioned rpm's, so i bent it and the noise has reduced alot.
