Need thread size for EGT probe.

I'm gonna buy a Zeitronix wideband with EGT from a friend, but I need to plug the hole in the manifold it's coming out of. Does anyone know what thread size I need for the plug? Also I think I need the o2 thread size too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EGT hole is going to be a 5/16'' .. not too sure on the o2 sensor size..

I think it all depends on what bung you have. I'm sure there's quite a few different kinds.

the bung will stay in the car so I need a plug the size if the Zeitronix EGT probe itself. I'll worry about getting a new bung later.

Most EGT probes are 1/8 NPT, you can google for drill/hole size.

1/8NPt for the bung. Why do you need the thread size for the o2? Just have a bung welded at a muffler shop, they tend to have the plugs for the o2 sensor's there also.
