Oh what the hell. With the obvious price competition going on for full 3" exhaust I am going to get in on this too.

We will be offering our full 3" CNC mandrel bent stainless steel JDM style exhaust for $695. This includes the 3 SS band clamps needed, bolts and such too. While we have dropped the price a little to compete with other sales going on don't be confused. This is the LIGHTEST, highest flowing, best fitting exhaust you can get your hands on.

This is a Christmas special and will end the 1st of the year.

You read it right, $695 for the entire system. Choose the Magnaflow and it will be $20 more.

Thats a hell of a deal , but I already have a downpipe. So what I'm asking is are you willing to lower that price if we dont want to include the downpipe?

If the downpipe you already have is ours and is slip fit, which I am guess it is not then I can do it. If you have a flanged downpipe we offer a flanged catback, it is normally $525. I can do them for $475 while this sale is on.

JDM exhaust pics....

Here are a couple of shots of the JDM exhaust for you guys. This is on our shop car. I pulled off the other style muffler and just put this one on. I did have to re-adjust it so it came out in the center but this is bolted on and correct.

Dave,

I just ordered your 3 inch turboback JDM exhaust. Can't wait till it gets here! I have one question about it. Does the downpipe include new bolts or are the ones with the factory springs (which seem to be a pain in the butt) re-used. Also, does your system require a downpipe gasket. When I talked to Tym, I was still unclear as to what the doughnut was. Do you have any pictures of it? He said that you remove the doughnut and install your downpipe without a gasket. Is this correct? Does your instructions include torque specs for these bolts. Thanks for any help.

Having just purchased this exhaust and installed it I think I can answer your questions.

The system includes all bolts, washers and fasteners you'll need to install the system. You will not re-use the spring/bolts for the O2 housing. The system ships with fasteners to replace these. You will also remove the doughnut gasket. The doughnut gasket is a coned shaped gasket that slides over a lip at the flange of the O2 housing. It simple slides off. The Buschur Racing downpipe's flange is designed to slide over this protrusion and does not require a gasket to seal. Torque sqecs were not provided and they aren't critical here. Get them snug and your leak free.

Justin,

Thanks alot for your help. It will make my install next weekend easier. By the way, how long did it take you to install the exhaust? Did it line up well with the stock exhaust hangers? Did you have to remove the plastic undertray to install the downpipe?

Thanks again,

Gumpy.

It took me about 30 minutes. I've got access to a lift which makes it alot easier. I removed the complete OEM exhaust in one piece. I removed the spring/bolts at the O2 Housing/Downpipe flange, and the rear hangers for the downpipe. Rear O2 sensor, and unhooked the remaining hangers for the catback and dropped it all at once.

The Buschur Racing system lines up with the existing hangers but they will more than likely be tweaked a little. Nothing binds up though.

The plastic undertray does not need to be removed if you have a long enough extention. I did not remove it.

Justin,

Thanks for the additional information. I can't wait till I get it installed. We are set to borrow a friend's lift at work so hopefully it will go smoothly.
